Michelle La Flue
Born and raised in San Francisco, Michelle La Flue is an independent real estate broker in California and the owner of La Flue-Walton & Associates. Since becoming licensed in 1987 and founding her brokerage in 1994, Michelle has helped hundreds of families across the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles experience the freedom, security, and financial empowerment that comes with homeownership.
Her journey began with the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and expanded through partnerships with BRIDGE Housing, the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, and local Housing Authorities. She played a pivotal role in developments like Mission Walk and The Armstrong Townhomes, two of SFRA’s final projects.
Michelle has championed affordable shared housing, transitional housing for women and families, and support for the re-entry and unhoused communities. Her legacy is rooted in transforming lives through real estate solutions that prioritize dignity, access, and equity.
In 2020, she relocated to Los Angeles to be closer to family, bringing all her knowledge and experience in a greater measure by continuing the vision of creating partnerships with local agencies and investors to purchase housing developments for re-entry, the unhoused and transitional women and children. Michelle loves spending time with her family, faith community, friends and traveling as much as possible.

A real estate agent performs under the supervision of a broker, while a broker performs independently and can manage other agents.
A broker essentially performs the same tasks as an agent, while also making sure all real estate transactions are lawful and all paperwork completed. -

More than a Broker
Michelle La Flue isn’t just an esteemed real estate broker—she’s also a devoted minister and the founder of Pink Blossoms, a faith-based community focused on uplifting and caring for people. Alongside her work at La Flue‑Walton & Associates, she uses her ministry to connect, support, and empower those around her.
The video link below showcases one of Michelle’s signature events—where local makeup artists pampered guests while cooks provided fresh, thoughtfully prepared meals. It’s a beautiful illustration of her belief that true wealth includes dignity, well-being, and belonging.
Michelle’s decades-long career in real estate—advocating for fair housing, guiding first-time buyers, developing affordable shared housing, and assisting unhoused and transitional families—goes hand in hand with her ministry. Through both, she creates opportunities and connections that build generational stability and profound community impact.
